Digital Kindergarten – From Coding to a Unique Digital Language

With the tech conference Digital Kindergarten, achtung! sets new standards in discovering emerging digital trends, technologies, and forward-thinking insights. AI, VR, AR, 3D printing, digital marketing and communication, smart home innovations, and robotics can be explored and experimented with. Studio Oeding developed the corporate design and communication materials, spanning from the website to merchandise and newsletters.

The essence of Digital Kindergarten is embedded in every detail of the design. Studio Oeding created a unique typeface and logo design inspired by coding and HTML brackets, blending them with playful ease, bold visuals, and a striking color palette. As a tribute to the early digital era, all print materials were produced using the Risograph printingtechnique, developed in Japan in 1986—the first digital printing method. The natural “bugs” of this process, such as slight misalignments and varying color applications, make each business card a one-of-a-kind piece. Another distinctive feature is the exclusive use of soy-based inks, reinforcing the sustainable approach of the design.
